Intramural Programs at the RWC

Want to get active, but dumbbells and ellipticals make you cringe? Well there is hope! You and your friendscan get moving by joining the UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center’s Intramural Programs. The programs provide both fun and competitive opportunities to play sports, get active, and be healthy. The 2017 Spring programs include indoor soccer, basketball, pickleball (singles and doubles), floor hockey, and 6-player volleyball.

For those who cannot decide which sport to play, there is a league where you alternate between five sports throughout the semester. This is called the MAC Challenge League and it rotates between wiffleball, dodgeball, indoor soccer, floor hockey, and 6-player volleyball. It's a great way to become involved on campus, meet new people, or even take a quick study break once or twice a week. Registration is FREE online at www.imleauges.com and you must register by each leagues specific deadline.
